This is true for Moneeb, Conversion Executive here at OI Digital Institute.
Building on his experience as an international student and his work as an ambassador, Moneeb is uniquely placed to assist students on their own educational journeys. Through his work with Oxford International, Moneeb was also well placed when part-time employment opportunities arose in our OI Digital Institute division.
OI Digital Institute was looking for a representative that could assist the team to support prospective students in their online education journey. As an international student with experience as an ambassador, Moneeb possessed the right skills, experience and passion that suited the new position’s requirements, and through his network at OIEG has recently been working with OI Digital Institute as a Digital Ambassador.
“I started my career at OI Digital Institute as a Digital Ambassador, helping students through their application process and liaising with various internal departments. I assist students to get answers to their questions and ensure they have their complete documentation for applying for online courses. I’ve used my experience as an international student and my business management education to best understand our products and how they suit our customers, then I help prospective students on their education journey.” – Moneeb
Staying connected to our student base helps OI Digital Institute to best serve our customers and adding a personal touch to our online application process gives students the confidence when signing up for an online course. Since Moneeb has joined the role and requirements have evolved, offering increased employment opportunities.
