The course covers a range of skills, with self-study learning augmented by live sessions. Learners are given the responsibility of self-guided learning and opportunities to practise and reflect on what they have learnt with guidance from one of our expert tutors.

Q: What is the duration of the course?

A: The course includes 100 learning hours split into 10 modules over 10 weeks. 70% of the course is self-paced study and the remaining 30% is tutor led online, with two sessions per week at fixed times. The self-paced study will remain open after the end of the course for 6 months so you can complete any content, but to maximise the benefits of the course, the self—paced learning for each module should take place in the week the relevant week.

Q: Can I customise the course to meet my employees’ specific needs?

A: Absolutely! We understand that each student has unique requirements. Our teacher team is skilled in tailoring the course content to suit your individual needs. Whether you have specific goals or areas of focus, we’ll ensure that your course is customized accordingly.

 

Q: My employees are never free at the same time – can they still do this course?

A: We can adjust the course according to what suits you and your employees best, so the course can be delivered with more live learning, or 100% asynchronously.

If the course is 100% asynchronous, we can still track their progress, and you can add 1-1 tuition sessions for students if they cannot meet as a group.

 

Q: Can you tailor the course level to suit my employees?

A: If you think your employees would have difficulty with the course content, we can deliver a course with a more General English focus first, until they are ready to tackle this course.

If you have employees with a higher level of English, we can also adjust the difficulty of the course and its content to reflect this.
