Oxford ELLT Integrates with Slate Technology

Oxford ELLT Integrates with Slate Technology

In the dynamic landscape of higher education admissions, efficiency and innovation are paramount. Oxford International Digital Institute, the creators of the Oxford English Language Level Test, Oxford ELLT, have partnered with Technolutions, a leading provider of CRM solutions for educational institutions, integrating with their Slate technology.  Slate CRM is the most comprehensive system to meet the needs of admissions, student success, and advancement offices — all from within a single unified interface. This partnership facilitates seamless integrations and improved student data sharing for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) globally, facilitating a more streamlined and effective admissions process.

The integration of Oxford ELLT with Slate signifies a new era of efficiency and convenience for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The integration will be conducted in two phases, phase one will allow admissions teams who use Slate CRM, to quickly and efficiently mass-upload student data directly from the Oxford ELLT portal, considerably reducing the amount of time and resources required previously. Phase two will take the integration to the next level, where the backend systems of Oxford ELLT will seamlessly communicate with Slate’s admissions CRM. This integration enables college admissions teams to effortlessly access student scores directly from their CRM, eliminating the need for parallel systems.

Understanding Slate Technology and its Impact

Slate, one of the top student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, plays a pivotal role in managing enrolment and student success, alumni relations and advancement services for over 1,800 colleges and universities worldwide. Its comprehensive suite of tools and functionalities streamlines processes and enhances communication, ultimately contributing to educational institutions’ overall success and efficiency.

Bjorn Myhre, Director of Business Development, USA at Oxford International Digital Institute, said about the new integration: “Our dedication to addressing universities’ challenges in time efficiency and providing supportive partnership is exemplified by the integration of the Oxford ELLT with Slate. We use the best technology in our student-centric English test evolving to meet university needs in a fast-paced environment.”

Benefits of the Integration for Higher Education Institutions

For HEIs utilizing Slate, the integration with Oxford ELLT brings enhanced efficiency as admissions teams can now access test scores directly from their existing CRM platform, reducing the need for additional systems and processes. The collaboration also ensures resource optimization, as the integration minimizes the time and resources required to manage test scores, allowing admissions teams to focus on other critical tasks.

Gary Palmer, Managing Director at Oxford International Digital Institute comments about the partnership; “We are immensely proud to partner with Slate as it underscores our unwavering commitment to our valued partners in North America. This integration not only enhances the efficiency of admissions processes, but also reinforces our dedication to providing exceptional solutions tailored to the needs of Higher Education Institutions.”
