OIDI Higher Education: Expanding Our Global Hub Network

OIDI Higher Education: Expanding Our Global Hub Network

The international recruitment landscape continues to evolve, and universities need effective ways to connect with students across diverse markets. At Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI), we’ve been developing and expanding our Global Hub Network to strengthen regional engagement and provide high-quality, scalable solutions for international education.

What Are Global Hubs?

Our Global Hubs operate in partnership with trusted institutions worldwide, delivering programmes such as the International Foundation Programme, Pre-Master’s Programme, and Pre-Sessional English through a blended learning model. These hubs are in-country centres, offering students local support and face-to-face teaching alongside OIDI’s digital platform.

  • For example, at our hub in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, students study at Nogoon Jade International Academy while following the OIDI curriculum and receiving specialist tutor support.
  • Through these hubs, students can progress to over 30 universities and more than 300 degree options via our UK partner centers.

Current hub locations include the UK, MENA, Nigeria, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. To explore all locations, visit our Global Presence Tool (filter by OI Global Hubs).

Why This Matters

The expansion of our Global Hub Network offers universities:

  1. Broader Reach in Key Regions
Hubs in countries such as China, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Pakistan help open recruitment pipelines in emerging markets.
  1. Consistent Academic Standards
All hubs follow centrally managed curricula and quality assurance processes, ensuring academic comparability across locations.
  1. Enhanced Student Experience
Combining face-to-face tutorials with guided digital learning provides structure, flexibility, and local pastoral support.
  1. Streamlined Progression Pathways
Students completing OIDI programmes receive certification and admissions support for progression to partner universities.
  1. Scalable, Low-Risk Growth
Universities can access regional markets without the operational burden of establishing overseas campuses.

We work closely with university partners to:

  • Recruit and convert students from diverse markets.
  • Prepare students for success through academic and language support.
  • Assist institutions interested in becoming a Global Hub with setup, training, and marketing resources.

The Impact

By leveraging OIDI’s Global Hub Network, universities gain:

  • Access to students from strategic and underserved regions.
  • Better-prepared learners, reducing risk at degree entry.
  • Greater diversity across the student body.
  • A credible presence in key international markets.
